CAUL Principles & Guidelines for Australian Higher Education Libraries
This project began in 2015 under the auspices of CQAAC, the CAUL Quality & Assessment Advisory Committee, with a significant contribution from consultant Helen Darch. It was endorsed for publication and practice by CAUL members in September 2016. It is a living document which will be formally reviewed after the next 12 months of feedback on its use in university libraries.
This project documentation is members only. The P&G is linked opposite.
The CAUL Performance Indicator database enables the comparison of outcomes across member organisations. To further encourage the sharing of good practice that led to these outcomes, the Best Practice Working Group is asking members to contribute case studies to briefly outline: improvements made in response to results, or good practices that have contributed towards achieving desired outcomes.
The CAUL Principles & Guidelines for Higher Education Libraries were published in October, 2016.
